Thank you for playing Worship!
If you had any bugs during your play sessions, here’s the right place to report them.
We encourage you to be as precise in your reporting as possible to help us reproduce the bug on our end. Reproduction steps are more than welcome.
The context of your experience is also important. Were you playing singleplayer? Was it in the Steam Demo? If you were playing in multiplayer, were you the host or did you join somebody else’s lobby?
Feel free to add visual attachments to your report to help us understand the bug you are reporting. Images, gifs and small videos are supported.
On voluntary basis - How to give us the most relevant information to solve crashes and performance issues:
For those willing to go an extra step to help, sharing your Unity crash logs and or a screenshot of your dxdiag through out the Bug Report Form, this is the most relevant information we can have to troubleshoot crashes. Don't worry, if you are not comfortable sharing us files like this, we will survive without it.
Unity crash log file location -> copy paste this in your file explorer: %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\unity
How to share dxdiag:
Hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
Tap the R key to open the Run window.
In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag
Press the Enter key:
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load.
If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing; click Yes to proceed.
Click the Save all information button
Click the Save button
The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt
Click the Exit button
You can add your unity crash logs and your dxdiag txt file in the attachments below.
